The range is built for fast sales at the till and on the snack shelf: three flavours of Takis, four varieties of Samyang Buldak, Red Bull special editions, LOTTE Milkis, Cantabile Ade and 200 ml AMIGO drinks. Four steps to your first delivery abroad
1. Register: Create an account at dealer registration. You upload proof of your business, such as a commercial register extract or a comparable document from your country, and enter your VAT number.
2. Get approved: Your VAT number is checked automatically against the EU's VIES database. Accounts are usually active within 1–2 working days, after which prices and volume tiers become visible.
3. Arrange delivery: We deliver to every EU country. Because shipping method, cost and transit time depend on quantity and destination, checkout shows the note “shipping on request” for addresses outside Germany. Send us the items you need via WhatsApp (+49 1556 3188241) or to info@mdh-distribution.com, and together we decide whether a parcel will do or a pallet by freight makes more sense.
4. Order: Once delivery is arranged, you place the order and receive the invoice by email. Alternatively, collect the goods from our Mettmann warehouse yourself or send your own haulier.
VAT: no German VAT with a valid VAT number
When we supply a business with a valid VAT number in another EU country, it counts as a VAT-exempt intra-community supply. Your invoice then shows no German VAT. Your company accounts for the VAT on the purchase in its home country, a mechanism often called reverse charge.
If there is no valid VAT number, or the VIES check fails, we have to charge 19% German VAT. Our guide to buying with a VAT ID explains how VIES works and how to check your own number in advance. For your tax return, your accountant remains the right person to ask.
Switzerland is not part of the EU. Swiss retailers should contact us by email or WhatsApp before registering; we clarify delivery and export case by case.

Before you put products on sale
Our goods are intended for sale in the EU single market and come from the brands' official distribution channels. Documents such as CE declarations of conformity and test reports for toys, or halal certificates for Samyang Buldak, are available on request, and special requests regarding quantities, paperwork or destination are welcome: talk to us and we will find a solution. Even so, check the labelling rules in your country before selling, for example which language the information on the label has to be in. This applies to food and drinks as well as to toys.

With trending items, a cautious start usually works best: a few cases first, then quick reorders. Because shipping costs abroad depend on quantity and weight, it makes sense to combine several products in one shipment.

Is there a German wholesaler that sells to retailers in other EU countries?
Yes, for example MDH Distribution, with a warehouse in Mettmann, Germany. EU retailers register with a register extract and a valid VAT number; we deliver to any EU country and settle shipping method, cost and transit time with the retailer beforehand.
Do I have to pay German VAT as an EU business?
Not if your VAT number is valid and passes the VIES check. In that case we invoice without German VAT. Without a valid number, 19% German VAT is added.
Which documents do I need to register from abroad?
An extract from your country's commercial or company register, or comparable proof of business, as PDF, JPG or PNG, plus your VAT number.
How much does shipping to Austria, France or the Netherlands cost?
It depends on quantity, weight and destination, so there is no flat rate for deliveries abroad. We quote cost and procedure once you have sent us the order you have in mind.
Can I collect the goods in Germany myself?
Yes. Collection from our Mettmann warehouse is free and open to retailers from abroad as well, in your own vehicle or through your haulier. It helps to let us know by WhatsApp before you come.
