Danish shops our range suits

The kiosk is part of everyday life in Denmark, often as a døgnkiosk with very long opening hours. There are also shops at service stations, slikbutikker with a wide choice of sweets, toy and gift shops and online sellers.

All of these can register with us, provided they trade as a business. We do not supply private customers.

Online sellers with their own web shop are treated just like bricks-and-mortar stores: with a CVR number and a valid momsnummer, the trade account is open to you. Squishies and seasonal items in particular sell well online because they are easy to show in photos.

Squishies and sweets for Danish shoppers

Squishies are a constant favourite with children and teens. We stock Butter Squishies in several sizes, the Squishy Toy Medium, the Spinner Ball and newer designs such as the Crunchy Milky Chocolate Squishy with keychain. See the models and display ideas on our squishy wholesale page.

In shops with a big sweets section, Toppie fruit gummies (for example Apple and Grape in 80 g bags) and the small 40 g Jelly Fruits add variety. Takis appeal to customers who know spicy snacks from online videos.

Denmark has a strong Advent tradition. Our Dumpling Advent Calendar comes in a German version and one with English packaging. For a Danish shop, the English version is usually the more natural choice. Order early, as the transit time to Denmark is only fixed once the shipping method is chosen.

On quantities: most squishies come in cases of 12, the Mini Dumpling Squishy in 24. The advent calendar is ordered individually. We do not ask for a minimum order value; see wholesale with no minimum order.

Registering with your CVR and VAT number

On the retailer form, select Denmark and enter your Danish VAT ID. The momsnummer consists of DK plus your 8-digit CVR number.

An extract from the CVR, the central business register, is enough as proof, for example as a PDF printout. The form checks your number straight away via VIES. If it does not show as valid, your business may not be registered for moms; please sort that out first.

Once everything is complete, we usually approve your account within 1–2 working days.

A tip for a quick review: enter your company name and address exactly as they appear in the CVR. If the details differ, approval often takes longer because we have to check back with you.

Moms, reverse charge and deposits

With a valid momsnummer, we do not charge German VAT. You acquire the goods as an intra-community purchase and declare the VAT in Denmark yourself (reverse charge). If no valid number is available, 19% German VAT is charged. Our guide to buying with a VAT ID covers the basics.

One point often overlooked with drinks: deposit and return schemes differ from country to country. Before selling cans and bottles, check what applies in Denmark. Your accountant or trade association can help. On our side, we clarify for each delivery to Denmark, depending on the product, whether German deposit is included or removed.

Delivery to Denmark or collection

There is no standard rate for Denmark. Once approved, message us on WhatsApp or by email with the items, quantities and destination. We look at parcel or pallet options and give you cost and transit time. If the offer works for you, place your order.

Alternatively, collect the goods from our Mettmann warehouse or send your own carrier.

For seasonal goods such as advent calendars and Christmas squishies, build in some buffer, since shipping method and date are settled before the actual order.

Our goods are meant for the EU market and come from official distribution channels; on request we provide documents such as CE declarations of conformity for squishies or halal certificates for Buldak, and we are open to special quantity requests. Before selling, still check which labelling Denmark requires, such as Danish information on the label. Other countries are covered under wholesale in Europe.
