Who buys from us in Sweden

Swedish towns are full of small kiosks and servicebutiker with long opening hours, often at stations, on shopping streets or at petrol stations (bensinstationer). Add to that godisbutiker that live on their range of sweets, toy and gift shops, and online sellers.

Our trade account is open to every business, from an aktiebolag to a sole trader (enskild firma). Consumers cannot order from us.

Vending machine operators and obemannade butiker, i.e. unstaffed stores with digital access, are potential customers too. They need products that sell without advice and are easy to recognise in a machine or on a shelf. See our 24/7 vending store wholesale page.

Products that suit the Swedish market

Sweets are part of everyday life in Sweden; think of lördagsgodis, the Saturday sweets. Packaged gummies such as Toppie in strawberry or pineapple (80 g) and the 40 g Jelly Fruits complement a pick-and-mix range. Add Pipapo Knax and Stranger Things Cookie Cream for fans of the series.

An unusual counter item is Wunder toothpicks: flavoured toothpicks in varieties like Blueberry, Peach-Ice or Cinnamon-Orange, supplied in a display. They take up little space and stand out next to the card terminal.

Quantities are flexible because we have no minimum order value. Toppie bags come 16 to a case, Takis 18 bags, squishies mostly 12. You can test one flavour first and bring in larger quantities of the winners with the next shipment.

Registration: VAT number and Bolagsverket

Sign up via our retailer registration form. Country: Sweden. VAT ID: your momsregistreringsnummer, made up of SE and 12 digits (your organisation number with 01 added at the end).

A registreringsbevis from Bolagsverket works as proof. Sole traders without an entry there can upload comparable proof of their business. The VAT number is checked via VIES as you fill in the form; it is only valid if your business is registered for moms with Skatteverket.

We review your details and usually approve the account within 1–2 working days. You then see prices and case sizes.

Make sure the company name and address in the form match your registreringsbevis; it speeds up the check. Invoices arrive by email later, and the payment options are shown at checkout.

Tax: invoices without German VAT

With a valid Swedish VAT number, we invoice without German VAT. It counts as an intra-community acquisition that you declare in Sweden yourself (reverse charge, omvänd skattskyldighet in Swedish). Lacking a valid number, the invoice carries 19% German VAT.

Delivery to Sweden: how it works

Register first, wait for approval, then ask: send us your product list and delivery address by WhatsApp or email. We propose a parcel or pallet by freight and quote cost and transit time. With that confirmation, you place your order in the shop.

If you work with your own freight company, it can collect the goods from our Mettmann warehouse.

A planning note: a shipment to Sweden is most worthwhile when several cases go together. Collect your needs for a few weeks and then send one combined request.

Please note: our range is intended for the EU market and comes from official distribution channels. Before selling, still check Swedish labelling rules (such as information in Swedish) and, for canned drinks, the local deposit scheme; whether we charge or remove German deposit on your delivery is clarified per product. We send documents such as CE declarations for toys or halal certificates for Samyang Buldak on request, and special quantity wishes are welcome.
