The nachtwinkel, known as a night shop in French-speaking Belgium, stays open late and relies on drinks and snacks. Red Bull Glacier Ice Raspberry, Takis Blue Heat and Queso Volcano or Samyang Buldak are a good fit for those customers.

The dagbladhandel or librairie sells newspapers, tobacco and small items at the counter. Toppie fruit gummies, the Spinner Ball and butter squishies need little space there and still catch the eye.

Enterprise number and VAT: the Belgian documents

Every Belgian business is listed in the central enterprise database, called KBO (Kruispuntbank van Ondernemingen) in Dutch and BCE (Banque-Carrefour des Entreprises) in French. An extract from it serves as proof of business when you register.

The Belgian VAT number consists of BE plus your ten-digit enterprise number. It only shows as active in VIES if your business is registered for VAT. Our shop checks this automatically when you sign up.

From account to delivery

Sign up via dealer registration and upload your KBO/BCE extract. After our review, usually within 1–2 working days, prices and volume tiers become visible.

If you order with a Belgian delivery address, checkout shows the note “shipping on request”, which simply means we settle the shipping details with you. Tell us which cases you need, and together we decide whether a parcel is enough or a pallet by freight is the better choice. Collection from our Mettmann warehouse is free, including by your own haulier.

Belgium has several official languages, so check before selling which language is required on labels in your region. Our goods are intended for the EU market and come from official distribution channels, but not every item carries multilingual labels. CE declarations of conformity for toys or halal certificates for Buldak are available on request, and we are happy to accommodate special quantity requests.
