Everything you need to know about trade accounts, ordering, delivery and payment at MDH Distribution – the B2B wholesaler for trend snacks, drinks and squishies.
Who can order from MDH Distribution?
We sell exclusively to business customers – for example kiosks, convenience stores, petrol station shops, vending machine operators and retailers. For a customer account we need proof of business registration or an extract from the commercial register.
How do I become a retailer and how long does approval take?
Register online under “Become a retailer” and upload your proof of business registration. We usually check your details within 1–2 working days and then send you an email. After that, you sign in with your email address and password.
Why can’t I see any prices?
Our wholesale prices are only visible to approved retailers. Once you are signed in, you see all prices and quantity discounts directly in the shop.
Is there a minimum order value?
No. You order in full cartons, as many as you need. Shipping is charged on every order (DHL parcel €9.99, pallet depending on zone); collection in Mettmann is free of charge.
In what quantities can I order?
Orders are placed in full cartons (packing units). How many pieces a carton contains is shown for every item. Odd quantities are rounded up to the next full packing unit.
How fast is delivery?
We usually ship anywhere in Germany within 24–48 hours – as a parcel or, for larger quantities, by freight forwarder. You see the shipping costs in the cart before you order.
Can I collect the goods?
Yes, collection from our warehouse in Mettmann (NRW) is free of charge. Simply choose “Self-collection” at checkout.
How can I pay?
The available payment methods, for example bank transfer or online payment, are shown at checkout. The invoice showing VAT is sent by email.
Do you also deliver abroad?
Our focus is Germany. Retailers from other EU countries can register with a valid VAT ID; we are happy to arrange deliveries abroad with you.
Which brands do you carry?
Among others Takis, Samyang Buldak, Red Bull special editions, LOTTE Milkis, AMIGO and Toppie – plus viral TikTok trend products such as Butter Squishies. Our range is growing all the time.
Is there a referral programme?
Yes. Approved retailers can recommend MDH to other businesses: your contact gets €25 off their first order of €200 net or more, and you receive €40 off your next order as soon as their first order has been paid.
