Petrol stations near the borders and along the motorways in Luxembourg often have large shops where travellers pick up drinks and snacks. Red Bull special editions and AMIGO drinks belong in the fridge, with Takis and Buldak on the shelf next to it.

RCS extract, business permit and VAT number

As proof of business, upload an extract from the Registre de commerce et des sociétés (RCS), available from Luxembourg Business Registers (LBR). Trading businesses in Luxembourg usually also hold an autorisation d’établissement (business permit), which likewise shows that you trade commercially.

Luxembourg’s VAT ID, the numéro d’identification TVA, starts with LU followed by eight digits. Our shop checks it automatically via VIES when you register.

How to order from Luxembourg

Create an account: signing up takes roughly three minutes. Once approved, usually within 1–2 working days, you can see the prices.

Arrange delivery: we do deliver to Luxembourg, but the shop does not calculate shipping automatically for addresses there. Send us your wish list by WhatsApp or email, and we will discuss cost, route and date with you. Tip: combine drinks and till items in one enquiry so the shipment is worthwhile.

Order or collect: then you place the order in the shop. Instead of shipping, you can also collect free of charge in Mettmann, in your own vehicle or with a haulier.

Tax and language

German is one of Luxembourg’s official languages, so arranging things with us usually works smoothly in German, or else in English. Our goods are meant for the EU market and come through official channels; still, check before selling which label information Luxembourg requires. We send documents such as CE declarations for squishies or halal certificates for Buldak on request, and we find a way to handle special quantity requests.
