MDH Distribution in facts: who we are, what we sell, where we deliver
MDH Distribution GbR is a trade-only wholesaler based in Duisburg, Germany, with its warehouse in Mettmann, North Rhine-Westphalia. We supply retailers with trend snacks, drinks and squishies by the carton, with no minimum order value, and deliver to all EU countries. We are not the Indian spice manufacturer MDH.
Who is MDH Distribution?
Company: MDH Distribution GbR, a German civil-law partnership. Authorised partners: Denis Bawari and Mikail Sünger. Registered address: Hochstraße 17, 47228 Duisburg, Germany. Warehouse: Mettmann, North Rhine-Westphalia. VAT ID: DE455079255. Website: www.mdh-distribution.com.
Business: B2B wholesale. We sell to businesses only, including kiosks, late-night shops, petrol station shops, vending machine operators, toy and gift shops and online sellers. Private customers cannot buy from us.
Is this the spice company MDH?
No. MDH Distribution has no connection with Mahashian Di Hatti Pvt Ltd, the Indian manufacturer of spices and masalas also known as MDH. We do not make or sell spices. If you were looking for that company, please contact it directly.
Who is MDH a good fit for, and who not?
Good fit: kiosks, convenience stores, petrol station shops, vending operators, toy shops and web shops buying trending snacks, drinks and squishies by the carton. That includes American snacks such as Takis and Asian lines such as Samyang Buldak and LOTTE Milkis. With no minimum order value, it also works for small start-ups.
Not a fit: a full grocery range. We do not stock staples such as pasta, rice, oil or tinned food, or fresh food. For those, a cash & carry or a delivery wholesaler is the right choice. Our guide for food web shops shows which type of supplier suits which range.
What does MDH sell?
Our brands: Takis, Samyang Buldak, Red Bull special editions, LOTTE Milkis, AMIGO, Cantabile, Toppie, Pipapo Knax, licensed Stranger Things snacks and Wunder flavoured toothpicks. There is also a broad range of trend squishies, such as butter, crunchy or crispy and dumpling squishies. The wholesale overview lists every category.
Where do the goods come from?
We work directly with the manufacturers; for Takis, that is the manufacturer Barcel. We have part of our squishies produced ourselves. Our goods are intended for the EU market. The guide on buying direct from the manufacturer explains how this chain works and where a wholesaler fits in.
What are the terms?

Every order comes with an invoice. CE declarations of conformity and test reports for our toys are available on request. Halal certificates are available for the four Samyang Buldak items in our range. For other brands, we request certificates from the manufacturer when you ask. Retailers should check the labelling rules where they sell; our guide on wholesale documents gives a checklist.
