Which products suit mail order

The easiest products to ship are light and unbreakable. Squishies and the Spinner Ball tick those boxes: low weight, no chilling, no risk of breakage. The Butter Squishy 113 g, the large Butter Squishy Large Yellow 400 g and the Squishy Toy Medium are among our most requested items. See the full selection on our squishy wholesale page.

Snacks such as Takis and Samyang Buldak also ship well, but they are food. Keep an eye on best-before dates and on the mandatory food information your listing has to include. Canned drinks are heavy and some carry a German deposit, which makes parcel shipping to consumers more work.

Genuine goods, invoice, EAN

On marketplaces, the source of your goods matters. Every MDH order comes with an invoice showing VAT, sent by email. The EAN and item number are listed with each product in the shop, which saves time when you create your listings.

Important: whether a platform approves you for a particular brand or category is decided by the platform alone, and we cannot guarantee it. Sell branded goods as genuine goods, and do not use other companies’ brand names as if they were your own.

Start small and test trends

Low stock is the least risky way to test new products online. Because MDH has no minimum order value, you can list one case first and reorder only once sales pick up. For many squishies a case holds 12 pieces, for Takis 18 bags.

Delivery to your warehouse or fulfilment partner

Orders ship by DHL parcel for €9.99 per order, or by pallet freight for large quantities, usually within 24–48 hours across Germany; we also deliver to other EU countries, with the shipping details agreed with you. If you work with a fulfilment provider or a marketplace warehouse, we deliver straight there. Just give the warehouse address and its delivery requirements, such as time slots, booking references or pallet rules, when you order. We do not promise labelling or other prep work for marketplace warehouses as standard, so please ask before ordering if you need it.

Online sellers based in North Rhine-Westphalia can also collect from our Mettmann warehouse at no shipping cost.

How to get access

MDH sells only to businesses. Create a dealer account, upload your business registration or commercial register extract, and you are done. Once approved, usually within 1–2 working days, you see all prices and volume tiers. Online sellers from other EU countries register with a valid VAT ID; we deliver to them or to their fulfilment warehouse in the EU, with shipping method, cost and transit time agreed in advance.
