Mini Dumpling Squishy multicolour – surprise in a steamer basket

The Mini Dumpling Squishy comes in a small round case styled like a bamboo steamer basket. Shoppers only find out which colour they got once they open it. The display shows dumplings in green, blue, pink, purple, yellow and white.

Children know the surprise format from collectible figures and blind boxes. Younger buyers often return to hunt for another colour.

Why it pays off for your range

• With 24 pieces per pack, one display lasts a while even at a busy till.
• The surprise element drives repeat purchases without extra promotion.
• Round steamer-style cases look more appealing than plain film-wrapped toys.
• Small size that sells well as an add-on to sweets or drinks.

Sales tip

Keep the cases neatly lined up so the steamer basket look stays visible. A small sign asking “Which colour will you get?” explains the idea instantly. Our guide selling squishies has more display ideas.
